Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more accurately process an inner peripheral surface of a cylindrical part by more appropriately performing an extended control for a radius of rotation of a grind stone in a honing machine.SOLUTION: According to this honing machine, a surface pressure added onto a polishing surface of a grind stone 14 is measured by a first load cell 34A located on a reciprocal operation part 18. On the other hand, the reciprocal operation part 18 is provided with a second load cell 34B, and a load added onto the first load cell 34A itself is measured by the second load cell. In control means 52 for controlling operation of an extended operative mechanism, a differential value between measured values of the first load cell 34A and the second load cell 34B is calculated, whereby a correction value, in which a noise (inertial force) due to reciprocal operation of the first load cell 34A is eliminated from a measured value of the first load cell 34A, is determined. The control means 52 determines on the basis of this correction value, that is, the differential value whether or not the surface pressure added onto the polishing surface of the grind stone 14 falls in a range of a control value, and controls operation of the extended operative mechanism on the basis of the determination result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ホーニング加工機の、砥石の回転半径の拡張制御をより適切に行うことで、円筒部内周面をより高精度に加工する。【解決手段】砥石14の研磨面に加わる面圧を、レシプロ作動部18に配置された第1ロードセル34Aにより計測する。一方、レシプロ作動部18には第2ロードセルが34B設けられており、第1ロードセル34A自体に加わる荷重を計測する。そして、拡張作動機構を作動制御する制御手段52において、第1ロードセル34A及び第2ロードセル34Bの計測値の差分値を算出することで、第1ロードセル34Aの計測値から、第1ロードセル34Aのレシプロ作動に起因するノイズ(慣性力)を除去した補正値を求める。制御手段52は、この補正値即ち差分値に基づき、砥石14の研磨面に加わる面圧が、管理値の範囲内に収まっているか否かの判断を行い、判断結果に応じ、拡張作動機構を作動制御する。【選択図】図1 |
