Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately determine a failure factor in invariable relationship analysis.SOLUTION: A correlation model storage unit 112 of an operation management device 100 stores a correlation model including one or more correlation functions which indicate correlation relation between multiple metrics in a system. A correlation destruction detection unit 103 applies a value of newly input multiple metrics to the correlation model, and detects correlation destruction of the correlation relation included in the correlation model. An abnormal level calculation unit 104 discriminately outputs a first metric which is a failure factor, and a second metric which is an abnormal metric other than the first metric on the basis of the correlation destruction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】不変関係分析において、障害要因を正確に判定する。【解決手段】運用管理装置100の相関モデル記憶部112は、システムにおける複数メトリックの相関関係を示す相関関数を1以上含む相関モデルを記憶する。相関破壊検出部103は、新たに入力された複数メトリックの値を相関モデルに適用し、当該相関モデルに含まれる相関関係の相関破壊を検出する。異常度算出部104は、相関破壊をもとに、障害要因である第一のメトリックと、第一のメトリック以外の異常なメトリックである第二のメトリックと、を区別して出力する。【選択図】図1
