【課題】石油化学プラント等で発生する水素侵食による微小な粒界割れ等の欠陥を非破壊的に検出・評価できる可搬式高調波非破壊検査装置を提供する。【構成】大振幅正弦波発生部、超音波探触子、走査機構、ハイパスフィルタあるいはバンドパスフィルタなどを備えた超音波非破壊検査装置において、大振幅正弦波発生部からのバースト波により送信超音波探触子を励起し、可搬型水槽又は液体から成る液体柱を介して被検査対象に送信し、超音波探触子により被検査対象側で散乱等された高調波を含む波を受信し、その信号をハイパスフィルタあるいはバンドパスフィルタを介して波形記録手段に収録し、前記収録波形をデジタル波形解析により処理し、0.1mm台のマイクロクラック又は連結したボイドを非破壊的に検出、評価する。【選択図】 図2 |
