PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical examination support system and medical examination support program that enable a smooth medical examination of patients.SOLUTION: A medical examination support system 1 includes: a patient position detection device 10 that detects location information on patients in the inside of hospitals, and detects location information indicating that the patient is located in any of a plurality of areas having the inside of the hospital segmented; and a management device 20 that manages the number of patients for each area on the basis of the location information for each patient detected by the patient location detection device 10, manages a status of the medical examination item of each patient on the basis of a medical examination item to be scheduled by one-time medical examination and to be preliminarily stored in a storage device in association with the patient for each medical examination content and for each procedure, and the location information for each patient to be detected by the detection device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】スムーズに患者の診療を行うことができる診療支援システムおよび診療支援プログラムを提供すること。【解決手段】診療支援システム１は、病院内における患者の位置情報を検出する患者位置検出装置１０であって、病院内を区分けした複数のエリアのうちいずれに患者が位置するかを示す位置情報を検出する患者位置検出装置１０と、エリア毎の患者数を、患者位置検出装置１０によって検出される患者毎の位置情報に基づいて管理すると共に、一度の診療で予定される診療項目であって、診療内容毎および手続毎に患者と対応付けて予め記憶装置に記憶される診療項目と、検出装置によって検出される患者毎の位置情報に基づいて各患者の前記診療項目のステータスを管理する管理装置２０と、を含む。【選択図】図１
