【課題】コークスの押出し時を超えて廃プラスチックからガスが発生することを防止するとともに、廃プラスチックから発生するガス量を調整することで、炭化室内部の負圧状態を抑制することを目的とする。【解決手段】乾留後期にコークス炉の炭化室において生じる負圧状態を抑制するために廃プラスチックを複数回に分けて炭化室に装入するとともに、装入された廃プラスチックの質量からコークス押出し時を越えてガスが発生しないように、一回で装入される廃プラスチックとこの廃プラスチックのガス発生量の推移との関係を予め調べた相関情報に基づき、前記廃プラスチックを複数回に分けて装入することを特徴とするコークスの製造方法。【選択図】図7 |
