Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal oscillator which facilitates adjustment of resonance frequency and is excellent in frequency temperature characteristics even when the oscillator is downsized and increased in frequency, and a manufacturing method of the same.SOLUTION: In a GT cut crystal oscillator, two or more kinds of insulators, for example, a first insulator 21 and a second insulator 22 are laminated and formed on the whole surface, and a thickness of each of the insulators is adjusted so that a first order temperature coefficient of temperature characteristics becomes close to zero and a resonance frequency approaches a target value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】 振動子が小型化及び高周波化しても、共振周波数の調整を容易にし、周波数温度特性が優れた水晶振動子及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】 GTカット水晶振動子において、全体表面に2種類以上の絶縁体、例えば、第1の絶縁体21、第2の絶縁体22が積層されて成膜され、共振周波数が目標値に近づけるよう、周波数温度特性の1次温度係数をゼロに近づけるよう、各絶縁体の膜厚が調整されるようにした水晶振動子及びその製造方法である。【選択図】 図3 |
