PRODUCTION LINE WORK INSTRUCTION TERMINAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production line work instruction terminal which can output a proper work instruction to a site worker by flexibly coping with line change without adding modification to a business program of an existing host system.SOLUTION: A work instruction terminal 2 is externally connected to a host system 1 and includes: acquisition means 21 which acquires output request data for a work instruction to a site worker from a host system; storage means 23 which stores the acquired output request data; work instruction output data creation means 24 which retrieves the output request data from the storage means 23, extracts variable information different for each work instruction from the output request data, and creates work instruction output data in which the variable information is arranged in the work instruction in accordance with an output editing master defining layout information of the work instruction; printer output processing means 28 which causes a printer to output the work instruction on the basis of the work instruction output data; and editing means 20 which can edit the output editing master.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】既存の上位システムの業務プログラムに改変を加えることなく、ライン変更にも柔軟に対応して現場作業者に適切な作業指示を出力できる生産ライン作業指示端末を提供する。【解決手段】作業指示端末２は上位システム１に外部接続され、上位システムから現場作業者への作業指示書に関する出力要求データを取得する取得手段２１、取得された出力要求データを保持する記憶手段２３、記憶手段２３から出力要求データを取り出し、出力要求データから作業指示書毎に異なる可変情報を抽出し、作業指示書のレイアウト情報を定義した出力編集マスタに従って、作業指示書に可変情報を配置した作業指示出力データを作成する作業指示出力データ作成手段２４と、作業指示出力データに基づいてプリンタに作業指示書を出力させるプリンタ出力処理手段２８と、出力編集マスタを編集可能な編集手段２０とを備える。【選択図】図１
