PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a press-fit rib from being impaired by a corrugated tube, for example.SOLUTION: Since a retainer 10 with seal is constituted of a substrate part 31, an annular seal attachment wall 35 having a notch 37 opening forward, and projecting forward from the front surface 38 of the substrate part 31, and an annular retainer seal 20 having a press-fit rib 23 being press-fitted in the notch 37, and attached along the outer peripheral surface of the seal attachment wall 35, the press-fit rib 23 does not project rearward from the rear surface 39 of the substrate part 31.
