DISPOSABLE SIMPLE TYPE COFFEE EXTRACTION INSTRUMENT WITH GENUINE DRIP FUNCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable simple type coffee extraction instrument with a genuine drip function, capable of solving complication and difficulty of extracting coffee with a genuine hand drip method, allowing everyone to easily reproduce and enjoy genuine taste.SOLUTION: There is provided an extraction apparatus configured so that: ground coffee beans CB are filled in a filtration bag B whose lower part is processed into a quadratic curve Q shape; a rectification filter R is attached by heat seal to an opening part; and the filtration bag B is attached to a rectangular holder H having no upper face and bottom face, with a support arm A so as not to be immersed in a cup. When hot water which has been immediately after boiled is poured into the rectification filter R, the hot water whose temperature is lowered to optimal temperature gently penetrates, without applying impact to the ground coffee beans CB, and thick extraction can be performed by an effect of the quadratic curve Q, and at the same time, pressure of carbon dioxide gas generated from the ground coffee beans CB can extract, thicker coffee without off-flavor and comprising thickness and body similar to those in coffee which is extracted by flannel drip.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】本格的なハンドドリップ式でコーヒーを抽出する際の煩雑さや難しさを解消し、誰が抽出しても本格的な美味しさが簡単で確実に再現できる、本格ドリップ機能付きの使い捨てタイプの簡易型コーヒー抽出器具を提供する。【解決手段】下部を二次曲線Ｑ形状に加工した濾過袋Ｂ内にコーヒー挽き豆ＣＢを詰め、開口部に整流フィルターＲを熱シールで取り付け、濾過袋Ｂはカップに浸からないように、上面と底面の無い直方体のホルダーＨにサポートアームＡで取り付ける。整流フィルターＲに沸騰直後の熱湯を注ぐと、適温に下がったお湯がコーヒー挽き豆ＣＢに衝撃を与えることなく優しく浸透していき、二次曲線Ｑ形状の効果により濃厚な抽出が行われ、同時にコーヒー挽き豆ＣＢから発生する炭酸ガスの圧力により、雑味が無いのにさらに濃厚に、まるでネルドリップで丁寧に抽出したようなコクとトロ味のあるコーヒーを抽出することができる抽出器具である。【選択図】図１
