PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine an appropriate waiting time at the time of transmitting to a plurality of destinations.SOLUTION: A radio communication device comprises: a transmission unit 12 that transmits a signal to a plurality of destinations after waiting transmission by a waiting time at least common to the plurality of destinations; a CW update counter 15 for updating a CW update counter value on the basis of acknowledgement information from each destination to the transmitted signal; and a CW update determination unit 14 for determining a settable range, i.e. at least part of a waiting time common to a plurality of destinations scheduled for transmission depending on the CW update counter value.
