STERILE BAGGING METHOD AND DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture a sterile bagging product.SOLUTION: A sterile bagging method comprises an injection port member sterilization process of sterilely treating an injection port member together with an injection port member storage container by executing evacuation to a sterilization chamber, the introduction of gas of hydrogen peroxide and the introduction of sterile air in order, by putting the air permeable injection port member storage container (4) of containing a large number of injection port members (2) in the sterilization chamber (5), an injection port member supply process of sending out the injection port member from the injection port member storage container by introducing the injection port member after sterilization treatment into a sterile packing chamber (6) including the injection port member storage container, a bag-making process of fixing the injection port member after the sterilization treatment with every bag (1) while making a bag by introducing into the sterile packing chamber after being sterilized by hydrogen peroxide water while making a bag continuous sheet (7) travel, a filling process of filing the content in a bag-made bag and a sealing process of sealing the bag filled with the content.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】無菌の袋詰め製品を効率よく製造する。【解決手段】多数の注出口部材（２）を入れた通気性のある注出口部材収納容器（４）を、殺菌チャンバー（５）内に入れ、殺菌チャンバーに対する真空化と、過酸化水素のガスの導入と、無菌エアの導入とを順に行うことによって注出口部材を注出口部材収納容器と共に殺菌処理する注出口部材殺菌工程と、殺菌処理後の注出口部材を注出口部材収納容器ごと無菌包装チャンバー（６）内に導入し、注出口部材収納容器から注出口部材を送り出す注出口部材供給工程と、袋用連続シート（７）を走行させつつ過酸化水素水で殺菌した後、上記無菌包装チャンバー内に導入し、製袋しつつ上記殺菌処理後の注出口部材を袋（１）ごとに固定する製袋工程と、製袋された袋に内容物を充填する充填工程と、内容物が充填された袋を密封する密封工程とを有する無菌袋詰め方法である。【選択図】図２
