Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily generate a purification plan to which insert sequence into a purification line is properly attached even in a case in which a large amount of slabs is an object.SOLUTION: A purification plan generation device 1 is equipped with a calculation device 10 that includes: an earliest insert date and time calculation part which calculates an earliest insert date and time at which a slab can be inserted into purification lines 30a-30d earliest from a sending position of a plurality of slabs 3; a latest insert date and time calculation part which calculates a latest insert date and time at which the slab is inserted into the purification lines 30a-30d so as to attain a scheduled thermal pressure data and time; an objective allocation slab extracting part for extracting a slab that satisfies a certain condition; a process sequence imparting part for imparting a sequence to the objective allocation slab; a process data and time imparting part for imparting a scheduled process finish data and time of a purification process to the objective allocation slab; and a purification plan generation part which extracts the slab that satisfies the certain condition from the objective allocation slab and generates the purification plan.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】大量のスラブを対象とする場合であっても、精整ラインに装入する順序を適切に付した精整計画を容易に作成できる。【解決手段】精整計画作成装置1は、複数枚のスラブ3の送り出し位置から精整ライン30a〜30dにスラブを最も早く装入できる最早装入日時を算出する最早装入日時算出部と、熱圧予定日時を達成できるように精整ライン30a〜30dにスラブを装入する最遅装入日時を算出する最遅装入日時算出部と、一定の条件を満たすスラブを抽出する割付対象スラブ抽出部と、割付対象スラブに順序を付与する処理順序付与部と、割付対象スラブに精整処理の処理終了予定日時を付与する処理日時付与部と、一定の条件を満たすスラブを割付対象スラブから抽出して精整計画を作成する精整計画作成部と、を有する演算装置10を備える。【選択図】図1
