Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wire housing protector with a novel structure that can advantageously attain both improvement in easiness of assembling a lock mechanism and prevention against biting of an electric wire even when the lock mechanism is provided in a side wall of a protector body.SOLUTION: An elastic projection piece insertion hole 24 is defined with an outer wall part 26, an inner wall part 28 facing the outer wall part 26 at an interval, and a left wall part 30 and a right wall part 32 connecting both side edge parts of the outer wall part 26 and inner wall part 28. While a first tapered surface 40 gradually getting lower in a height position from an outer edge 36 to an inner edge 38 is set on an upper surface 34 of the outer wall part 26, an upper surface 42 of the inner wall part 28 is set to be lower in a height position than the outer edge 36 of the upper surface 34 of the outer wall part 26, and a second tapered surface 48 gradually getting lower in a height position from a height position of the outer edge 36 of the upper surface 34 of the outer wall part 26 to a height position of the upper surface 42 of the inner wall part 28 is set on upper surfaces 44, 46 of the left wall part 30 and right wall part 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】プロテクタ本体の側壁の内部にロック機構を設けた場合でも、ロック機構の組付容易性の向上と電線の噛み込み防止を、何れも有利に達成することができる、新規な構造の電線収容プロテクタを提供すること。【解決手段】弾性突片挿通孔24が、外壁部26と、外壁部26に隙間を隔てて対向する内壁部28と、外壁部26と内壁部28の両側縁部同士を連結する左壁部30および右壁部32によって画成されており、外壁部26の上面34に、外縁36から内縁38に向かって次第に高さ位置が低くなる第1テーパ面40が設定されている一方、内壁部28の上面42が外壁部26の上面34の外縁36よりも高さ位置が低く設定されており、左壁部30および右壁部32の上面44,46には、外壁部26の上面34の外縁36の高さ位置から内壁部28の上面42の高さ位置に向かって次第に高さ位置が低くなる第2テーパ面48が設定されているようにした。【選択図】図2 |
