Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for selectively determining whether or not test sample contains phytopathogenic oomycete out of two types of oomycetes which are phytopathogenic oomycete and non phytopathogenic oomycete.SOLUTION: A method for determining whether or not a test sample 202 contains phytopathogenic oomycete 202a comprises the following processes. (a) a process of arranging the test sample 202 on a front side 104a of a film 104 which includes through-holes 104C having a cross sectional area which is larger than 7.065 μmand 19.625 μmor less; (b) a process of leaving the test sample 202 to stand after the process (a); (c) a process of observing a rear face 104b of the film 104 after the process (b); and (d) a process of determining that the test sample 202 contains the phytopathogenic oomycete 202a in the case where oomycete 202a is found out on the rear face of the film 104 in the process (c).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
