GROUT SEAL MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grout seal material, which can be used in a large joint gap, easily installed on a pile and easily manufactured due to a simplified structure.SOLUTION: A grout seal material 10 is made of an elastic raw material, and is disposed between a pile 1 and a sheath pipe 2 disposed outside the pile 1 and seals a charged grout material to fix the pile 1 and the sheath pipe 2 by the grout material. The grout seal material comprises: a fixing part 20, which is installed on an inner peripheral surface 2a of the sheath pipe 2; and a grout seal part 30, which is connected with the fixing part 20 and installed on an outer peripheral surface 1a of the pile 1 to seal by contacting to the outer peripheral surface 1a of the pile 1 due to elastic deformation and support the grout material. An opening 31 with smaller diameter by predetermined amount than the pile 1 is formed on the grout seal part 30. An angle θ between the fixing part 20 and the opening 31 is set so as to ensure a seal contacting width to support a grout load from a lower edge of the opening part 31 on the largest eccentric side where central axes of the sheath pipe 2 and the pile 1 are most widely separated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】大きな遊間に対応でき、杭への挿着が容易にでき、構造も簡素化して製造も容易なグラウトシール材を提供する。【解決手段】グラウトシール材１０は、弾性を有する素材により形成され、杭１と、杭１に外挿される鞘管２との間に介装され、充填されるグラウト材をシールして杭１と鞘管２とをグラウト材で固定するためのグラウトシール材であって、鞘管２の内周面２ａに取り付けられる固定部２０と、 固定部２０と連結され杭１の外周面１ａに挿着され弾性変形によって杭１の外周面１ａと接触してシールするとともに、グラウト材を支持するグラウトシール部３０と、を備え、グラウトシール部３０は、杭１よりも所定量小径の開口部３１が形成され、固定部２０から開口部３１までの角度θを、鞘管２と杭１との中心軸が最も離間した最大偏心側で開口部３１の下端縁からグラウト荷重を支持するシール接触幅を確保可能に設定して構成した。【選択図】図１
