Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, in an emergency stop method in gas-phase polymerization of polyolefin, especially in production of a soft propylene-based block copolymer, a method which can stop a polymerization reaction immediately, and further can perform subsequent discharge of unreacted gas to outside of the system and replacement with inert gas in a short time and without adhesion of the copolymer in the reactor.SOLUTION: Provided is a reaction stop method which, when stopping a polymerization reaction, comprises the following steps of a), b), and c) while maintaining fluidity of powder in the reactor: a) a step of infusing an inactivator; b) a step of discharging unreacted gas in the reactor while maintaining temperature of a powder layer in the reactor at 55°C to 85°C; and c) a step of replacing inside of the reactor with inert gas while maintaining temperature of a powder layer in the reactor at 55°C to 85°C.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】ポリオレフィンの気相重合、特に軟質プロピレン系ブロック共重合体の製造における緊急停止方法において、重合反応を速やかに停止させることができ、さらにその後の未反応ガスを系外への排出および不活性ガスへの置換を短時間に、かつ反応器内に共重合体を付着させることなく実施できる方法を提供。【解決手段】重合反応を停止させる際、反応器内のパウダーの流動を維持しながら、下記の工程a)、b)及びc)を含むことを特徴とする反応停止方法による。a)失活剤を注入する工程b)反応器内のパウダー層の温度を55℃〜85℃に維持しながら、反応器内の未反応ガスを系外へ排出する工程c)反応器内のパウダー層の温度を55℃〜85℃に維持しながら、反応器内を不活性ガスにて置換を行う工程。【選択図】なし |
