POLYOLEFIN MULTILAYER RESIN MOLDED PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin multilayer resin molded product which contains an inorganic filler at a high rate of 50 wt.% or more, causes no problem of coming off of the filler, has excellent properties in printing characteristics, and also has excellent performance in waterproof performance and heat seal performance.SOLUTION: There is provided the polyolefin multilayer resin molded product which has a polyolefin base material layer (A) 1 containing 60 wt.% or more of an inorganic filler and a resin layer (B) 2, and in which the resin layer (B) 2 has less than 20 wt.% of the inorganic filler and constitutes an outermost layer, at least 70 wt.% of the inorganic filler having less than 50 wt.% of the total resin component of the multilayer resin molded product is calcium carbonate, and at least 50 wt.% of the resin component of the polyolefin base material layer is a polyethylene resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】５０重量％以上という高い割合で無機フィラーを配合するものでありながら、フィラーの脱落の問題を生じず、印刷特性においても優れた性質を有し、防水性能やヒートシール性能においても優れた性能を有するポリオレフィン系多層樹脂成形物の提供【解決手段】無機充填剤を６０重量％以上含むポリオレフィン系基材層（Ａ）１と樹脂層（Ｂ）２とを有する多層樹脂成形物であって、樹脂層（Ｂ）２は、無機充填剤が２０重量％未満で最外層を構成するものであり、該多層樹脂成形物の全樹脂成分が５０重量％未満である無機充填剤の少なくとも７０重量％が炭酸カルシウムであり、ポリオレフィン系基材層の樹脂成分の少なくとも５０重量％がポリエチレン樹脂である、ポリオレフィン系多層樹脂成形物。ポリオレフィン系多層樹脂成形物。【選択図】図１
