Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxime ester compound that has excellent stability, has low sublimability, has excellent developability, has high transmittance in a visible light region, has high solubility in organic solvent, efficiently generates radicals for a bright line of 365 nm (i line) and the like, and is useful as a photopolymerization initiator for a photosensitive composition.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a specific oxime ester compound having a carbazole skeleton, or an oxime ester compound having a diphenyl sulfide skeleton represented by formula (II) (Y is S; R-Rare H, a C1-20 alkyl group or the like; Ris OH, COOH, HOCHCHO- or the like).SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】安定性に優れ、低昇華性であり、現像性に優れ、可視光領域の透過率が高く、有機溶媒への溶解性が高く、３６５ｎｍ（ｉ線）等の輝線に対して効率よくラジカルを発生させ、感光性組成物に光重合開始剤として有用なオキシムエステル化合物の提供。【解決手段】カルバゾール骨格を有する特定のオキシムエステル化合物、または式（ＩＩ）で表わされるジフェニルスルフィド骨格を有するオキシムエステル化合物。（ＹはＳ；Ｒ６〜Ｒ８はＨ，Ｃ１〜２０のアルキル基等；Ｒ９はＯＨ，ＣＯＯＨ，ＨＯＣＨ２ＣＨ２Ｏ−等）。【選択図】なし
