A memory controller C includes a replacement unit that replaces an initial bit string of data of a signal line with a replacement bit string on the basis of an occurrence frequency table that stores occurrence frequency information obtained through the analysis processing, and a restoration unit that restores the initial bit string from the replacement bit string read out from the memory.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
【課題】信号ラインで発生するノイズの発生を抑制するための分析処理と、ノイズの発生を抑制し得るメモリコントローラとを得る。【解決手段】メモリに書き込まれる伝送データの判定パターン毎の積算値を取得する積算処理部35を備え、頻度出力部37が積算値と判定パターン特定情報とを関連付けて出力して分析処理を実現する。この分析処理で得られた出現頻度情報を記憶する出現頻度テーブルに基づいて信号ラインのデータの初期ビット列を置換ビット列に置き換える置換ユニットと、メモリから読み出した置換ビット列を初期ビット列に復元する復元ユニットとを備えてメモリコントローラCを構成した。【選択図】図10 |
