PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide analysis processing for suppressing the generation of a noise generated in a signal line, and a memory controller that can suppress the generation of noise.SOLUTION: A noise analyzer comprises an integration processing part 35 that acquires an integrated value for each of patterns for determining transfer data to be written in memory, and a frequency output part 37 that outputs the integrated value and determination pattern specification information in association with each other to realize analysis processing.
