Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for determining the quantity of a chelate agent that can easily detect the presence or absence and determine the quantity of a chelate agent in a solution.SOLUTION: The method for determining the quantity of a chelate agent includes the steps of: mixing a chelated measurement object with water and removing burned ashes, thereby obtaining a solution; adding a specific quantity of metal ions into the solution; and determining the quantity of a chelate agent in the solution based on the measured turbidity of the solution with the metal ions added. With the method, the presence or absence of the chelate agent in the solution can be easily detected based on the presence or absence of a metal complex generated in the solution, and the quantity of the chelate agent can be easily determined based on the measured turbidity of the solution.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】容易に溶液中のキレート剤の有無を測定でき、且つ溶液中のキレート剤を定量できるキレート剤の定量方法、及びキレート剤定量システムを提供する。【解決手段】キレート剤の定量方法は、キレート処理が行われた測定対象物を水に混入した後、該焼却灰を除去することによって溶液を形成する工程と、溶液に所定量の金属イオンを加える工程と、金属イオンが加えられた溶液の濁度の測定に基づいて、溶液中のキレート剤を定量する工程と、を備える。溶液中の金属錯体の発生の有無により溶液中のキレート剤の有無を容易に測定し、溶液の濁度を測定する事によって溶液中のキレート剤を容易に定量する。【選択図】図2
