Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a calculation amount of an operation monitoring system for determining operation of a target apparatus.SOLUTION: An operation monitoring system 1 monitors operation of a wind power generating facility 5. The operation monitoring system 1 includes a vibration sensor terminal 2 installed in the wind power generating facility 5. The vibration sensor terminal 2 includes a vibration sensor 2a for measuring vibration data of the wind power generating facility 5 and an operation determination unit 2b for determining operation of the wind power generating facility 5 on the basis of measurement data of the vibration sensor 2a. The operation determination unit 2b counts the number (namely, an operation determination value (γ)) of measurement data exceeding an exclusion threshold (W) from a center value (C) of measurement data measured when the wind power generating facility 5 is not operated, and when the operation determination value (γ) exceeds an operation determination threshold (NC), determines operation of the wind power generating facility 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】対象機器の稼働判定を行う稼働監視システムの演算量を低減する。【解決手段】風力発電設備5の稼働監視を行う稼働監視システム1である。稼働監視システム1は、風力発電設備5に設けられる振動センサ端末2を有する。振動センサ端末2は、風力発電設備5の振動データを計測する振動センサ2aと、振動センサ2aの計測データに基づいて、風力発電設備5の稼働判定を行う稼働判定部2bと、を有する。稼働判定部2bは、風力発電設備5が稼働していない場合に計測される計測データの中央値(C)から除外しきい値(W)を超えた計測データの数(すなわち、稼働判定値(γ))をカウントし、稼働判定値(γ)が稼働判定しきい値(NC)を超えた場合に、風力発電設備5が稼働していると判定する。【選択図】図1
