Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch sensor to be incorporated in an input manipulation section or the like of various electronic devices and a manufacturing method therefor, the touch sensor having a cover lens-integrated configuration that can be inexpensively achieved and being arranged to keep a manipulating finger or the like closer to a conductive portion of a detection unit compared with conventional products.SOLUTION: A metal pattern 50 is disposed at inner bottom sections of grooves 45 provided on a first surface 41 of a resin substrate 40, and the metal pattern 50 disposed in the grooves 45 is used as a conductive portion of a detection unit 20. The metal pattern 50 includes side end portions 50A that are thinner than a central potion 50B in cross-sectional view. Such an arrangement improves detection accuracy of a touch panel 10 because a manipulating finger or the like is kept closer to the metal pattern 50 disposed as the conductive portion of the detection unit 20 compared with conventional products.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】各種電子機器の入力操作部用等に搭載されるタッチセンサおよびタッチセンサの製造方法に関し、安価にカバーレンズ一体型の構成品が得られ、しかも検知部の導電部位と操作中の指等との距離が従来品よりも近づいた関係のタッチセンサを提供する。【解決手段】樹脂製の基材部40の第1表面41に設けた溝45の内底部に金属パターン50を配置した構成として、この溝45内に配した金属パターン50を検知部20の導電部位として用いる。金属パターン50は断面視で中央部50Bより薄い側端部50Aを含む。これであれば、検知部20の導電部位としてなる金属パターン50と操作中の指等との距離が従来品よりも近づいた関係になるため、検出精度の向上したタッチセンサ10を提供できる。【選択図】図4 |
