Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition that is excellent in reworkability and trailing characteristics during development and can give a cured film having little film reduction by development, and to provide a production method of a cured film and the cured film using the above photosensitive resin composition, and a touch panel, a touch panel display device, a liquid crystal display device, and an organic EL display device using the cured film.SOLUTION: The photosensitive resin composition comprises: a polymer having a (meth)acryloyl group and an acid group as a component A; an ethylenically unsaturated compound having three or more functional groups as a component B; a photopolymerization initiator as a component C; and a compound having a phosphate structure and an ethylenically unsaturated group as a component D.
