PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing cartridge capable of easily molding a housing.SOLUTION: A developing cartridge comprises: a housing 6 which can store a developing agent and comprises a first frame 100 containing a first wall 110 having a through hole 112, and a second wall separated from the first wall 110 in a first direction, and a second frame 200 contacting the first wall 110 and the second wall, the second frame 200 having an extension part 220 extending along an outside face of the first wall 110; a developing roller which is rotatably supported to the housing 6, and capable of rotating around a first shaft being along the first direction; an agitation member capable of agitating the developing agent in the housing 6, and capable of rotating around a second shaft being along the first direction; and a window member 300 arranged on the through hole 112.
