Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller cutter replacement device capable of improving a workability of a cutter holder replacement while restricting enlargement of a cutter spoke of a shield tunneling machine.SOLUTION: A roller cutter replacement device 25 replaces a cutter holder 21 along with a roller cutter 13 of a shield tunneling machine 1. The roller cutter replacement device comprises: a drawing mechanism 26, which pulls out the cutter holder 21 from a holding hole 22a; and a gate mechanism 27, which is detachably mounted on the drawing mechanism 26. The drawing mechanism 26 comprises: a body case 31, which has a guide hole 41 and is detachably fixed to a rear end part of a holding member 22; multiple hydraulic cylinders 32, whose front end parts are connected to a front end part of a cutter spoke 11; an output member 33, which is disposed perpendicular to a shaft center of the guide hole 41 at the rear end side of the body case 31 and bridged over the rear end part of multiple hydraulic cylinders 32; and first and second connection members 34, 35, which detachably connect the rear end part of the cutter holder 21 and the output member 33.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】シールド掘進機におけるカッタースポークの大型化を抑制しつつ、カッターホルダーの交換作業性を改善可能なローラーカッター交換装置を提供すること等である。【解決手段】シールド掘進機1のカッターホルダー21をローラーカッター13と共に交換するローラーカッター交換装置25は、カッターホルダー21を保持孔22aから引き出す引出し機構26と、この引出し機構26に着脱可能に装備されるゲート機構27とを備え、引出し機構26は、案内孔41を有し且つ保持部材22の後端部に着脱可能に固定される本体ケース31と、カッタースポーク11の前端部に前端部が連結される複数の油圧シリンダ32と、本体ケース31の後端側において案内孔41の軸心と直交状に配設されて複数の油圧シリンダ32の後端部に架着された出力部材33と、カッターホルダー21の後端部と出力部材33とを着脱可能に連結する第1,第2連結部材34,35等を備えている。【選択図】図4
