Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a denatured soybean which is used as a feed raw material having excellent rumen-bypassing properties and to provide feed using the denatured soybean.SOLUTION: A denature soybean is obtained by adding saccharides to a full-fat soybean and being subjected to heat treatment so that the content of acid detergent insoluble crude protein is 5 wt.% or less and the content of neutral detergent fiber is 25-50 wt.% (DM). Feed contains 0.1-100 wt.% of the denature soybean.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】ルーメンバイパス性に優れた飼料原料としての変性大豆及びそれを用いた飼料を提供する．【解決手段】変性大豆は、全脂大豆に糖類が添加され、そして加熱処理された変性大豆であって、酸性デタージェント不溶性蛋白質の含有量が５重量％（ＤＭ）以下、かつ中性デタージェント繊維の含有量が２５〜５０重量％（ＤＭ）となるように加熱処理されたことを特徴とする。飼料は、この変性大豆を０．１〜１００重量％含む。【選択図】なし
