MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR CONSTRUCTION MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system for a construction machine capable of providing a logical configuration which leads to a diagnostic result from an oil test result.SOLUTION: In a management system for a construction machine included in a calculator 114 which outputs a diagnostic result on the state of a construction machine and components thereof on the basis of an oil test result, the calculator 114 acquires a plurality of determination results 215 of test items on the basis of a test result 211 and a management reference value of a DB 123, repeatedly applies first kind, second kind and third kind of diagnostic rules stored in a DB 124 to the plurality of determination results 215 until a new diagnostic result cannot be acquired, uses one generating a diagnostic result from among the first kind, second kind and third kind of diagnostic rules, and a chain structure of the plurality of determination results 215 and the generated diagnostic result is generated to describe in a written report 241.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】オイル試験結果から診断結果が導き出されるに至った論理構成を提供可能な建設機械の管理システムを提供すること。【解決手段】オイル試験の試験結果に基づいて建設機械及びその構成品の状態に関する診断結果を出力する計算器１１４に備えた建設機械の管理システムにおいて、計算機１１４は、試験結果２１１とＤＢ１２３の管理基準値とに基づいて、複数の試験項目の判定結果２１５を取得し、ＤＢ１２４に格納された第１種、第２種及び第３種診断ルールを、新たな診断結果が得られなくなるまで複数の判定結果２１５に繰り返し適用し、第１種、第２種及び第３種診断ルールの中で診断結果を生成したものを利用して、複数の判定結果２１５と生成された診断結果の連鎖構造を生成して報告書２４１に記載する。【選択図】 図２
