Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To largely improve work efficiency by continuously performing a transportation process before and after a workpiece pressure-insertion process, and to shorten a cycle time.SOLUTION: A boss part 2b of a differential case main body 2 is inserted into a centering rod 31c arranged at a lower jig 31, and centered. On the other hand, an upper jig 21 which clamps a ring gear 3 is made to face an upper part of the differential case main body 2, after that, the upper jig is descended, a regulation part 21c which is protrusively formed at an upper jig main body 21a is centered, and inserted into the rod 31c, and axial cores are made to coincide with each other. Then, when a pressure-insertion face 3f of the ring gear 3 is moved up to a pressure-inserted face 2e of the differential case main body 2 in this state, a descent of the ring gear 3 is stopped by pressure-insertion resistance, only the upper jig 21 is descended, the clamping of a clamp arm 22 is released, and a pressing part 21e arranged at the upper jig 21 presses a gear flange face 3e of the ring gear 3, and pressure-inserts the gear flange face.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
【課題】ワークの圧入過程前後の搬送過程を連続的に行うことを可能として、作業効率を大幅に改善し、サイクルタイムの短縮化を図る。【解決手段】下治具31に設けた芯出しロッド31cにデフケース本体2のボス部2bを挿通して芯出しする。一方リングギヤ3をクランプしている上治具21をデフケース本体2の上方に臨ませ、その後下降させて上治具本体21aに穿設されている規制孔部21cを芯出しロッド31cに挿通し、軸芯を一致させる。そして、この状態でリングギヤ3の圧入面3fをデフケース本体2の被圧入面2eまで移動させると、圧入抵抗によりリングギヤ3の下降が停止し、上治具21のみが下降してクランプアーム22のクランプが解除されると共に、上治具21に設けた押圧部21eがリングギヤ3のギヤフランジ面3eを押圧して圧入させる。【選択図】図12 |
