Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catalyst for providing hydrogen gas by steam modification of hydrocarbon-containing gas in a presence of steam, capable of inhibiting high conversion rate to a hydrogen gas, ammonium gas or hydrogen deposition, excellent in long time reaction durability and capable of reducing cost.SOLUTION: The above described problem is solved by a catalyst for steam modification of desulfurized hydrocarbon-containing gas by carrying an active metal containing rhodium (Rh) of 0.1 to 0.3 pt.wt. in terms of metal based on 100 pts.wt. of an α-alumina carrier and platinum (Pt) of 0.01 to 0.3 pt.wt. in terms of metal based on 100 pts.mass of the α-alumina carrier on a modification carrier modified by an active auxiliary material containing cerium (Ce) of 1 to 10 pts.wt. in terms of metal based on 100 pts.mass of the α-alumina carrier.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】水蒸気存在下、炭化水素含有ガスの水蒸気改質により水素ガスを得るための触媒であって、水素ガスへの高い転化率、アンモニアガスや炭素析出を防止でき、長時間反応耐久性に優れ、且つ低コスト化が可能な触媒を提供すること。【解決手段】上記課題は、脱硫された炭化水素含有ガスを水蒸気改質するための触媒であって、α−アルミナ担体100重量部に対して金属換算で1〜10重量部のセリウム(Ce)を含む活性補助材料で修飾した修飾担体に、α−アルミナ担体100重量部に対して金属換算で0.1〜0.3重量部のロジウム(Rh)とα−アルミナ担体100重量部に対して金属換算で0.01〜0.3重量部の白金(Pt)とを含む活性金属を担持した水蒸気改質触媒によって解決される。【選択図】 図4 |
