A penetrating installation part 31 corresponding to the pin penetrating hole 21 is formed at an intermediate part. The penetrating installation part 31 on the connecting pin 3 with taper parts 35,36 on its both end parts is inserted in the pin penetrating hole 21 and the taper parts 35,36 are engaged in the pin engaging holes 15 of both building blocks 11,12.
