SCREEN PRINTER AND CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen printer capable of through-hole printing on a workpiece by moving two tables.SOLUTION: While a lower table 21 and an upper table 22 are moving, an auxiliary cylinder 65 of the upper table 22 raises a table upper part 40 of the upper table 22, and the lower table 21 passes under the upper table 22. A front roller 44 is pressed against a front vertical surface 13, and the table upper part 40 is vertically raised to be positioned at a printing height. A rear roller 48 of the upper table 22 is pressed against a rear vertical surface 15, and a piston 63 of the auxiliary cylinder 65 is lowered so that the upper table 22 becomes as high as the lower table 21 to allow a workpiece 210 to be carried in and out. A suction apparatus 220 vertically moves, and sucks and attaches to a lower surface of the table, thereby realizing through-hole printing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】２個のテーブルを移動させ、ワークにスルーホール印刷ができるスクリーン印刷機を得る。【解決手段】下テーブル２１と上テーブル２２の移動中、上テーブル２２の補助シリンダ６５が、上テーブル２２のテーブル上部４０を持ち上げ、下テーブル２１が上テーブル２２の下を通過する。前ローラ４４が前垂直面１３に押し付けられてテーブル上部４０は垂直に上昇して印刷高さに位置決めされる。上テーブル２２の後ローラ４８が後垂直面１５に押し付けられて補助シリンダ６５のピストン６３が下降し上テーブル２２の高さが下テーブル２１と同じ高さとなりワーク２１０の搬出入ができる。吸引装置２２０が上下に移動しテーブルの下面に吸着し吸引することでスルーホール印刷ができる。【選択図】図１
