PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intercom system in which a dwelling house master apparatus can record a broadcast from a shared master apparatus as necessary.SOLUTION: A shared master apparatus 3 comprises: broadcast type selection means 42 for selecting a type of a broadcast signal to be transmitted; and broadcast transmission means 40 for transmitting the broadcast signal to which information on the type selected by the broadcast type selection means 42 is added. A type of a broadcast signal capable of being selected by the broadcast type selection means 42 includes information on the propriety of recording; a type of at least one broadcast signal does not include information on the propriety of recording.
