Therefore, the magnetic powder S adsorbed onto the cylindrical outer circumferential surface 24 of the drum 20 is drawn by the drawing roller 22 located on the pressing position, thereby, the water content is lowered, further, when the drawing roller 22 is located on the separation position, oil accumulated between the drawing roller 22 and the cylindrical outer circumferential surface 24 of the drum 20 is recovered together with the magnetic powder S.
