The fender main body 102 is formed in such a shape as to be extended in a rod shape along an inner shape of the outer package bag body 103 in such a state that urethane resin raw material is poured into the outer package bag body 103 in which the core line 101 is arranged and, thereby, is adhered respectively to the outer package bag body 103 and the core line 101. 【課題】作業負担を低減することができる防舷材および同防舷材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】防舷材100は、芯線101が貫通する外装袋体103の内部にフェンダ本体102を備えている。芯線101は、液状のウレタン樹脂原料が入り込むことが可能な程度の凹凸を表面に有して長尺に延びるロープで構成されている。外装袋体103は、樹脂製のシート材で構成された内側袋体104、外側筒体106および外側バンド体107で構成されている。内側袋体104は、ウレタン樹脂原料を収容してフェンダ本体102を形作るととともに硬化した硬質ウレタン発泡体からなるフェンダ本体102を覆って保護する袋状の部品である。フェンダ本体102は、芯線101が配置された外装袋体103内にウレタン樹脂原料が注入されることによって外装袋体103および芯線101にそれぞれ固着した状態で外装袋体103の内側形状に沿う棒状に延びた形状に形成されている。【選択図】 図1
