Thus, joining areas between the pressed powder member and the metal member are increased, thereby improving a joining strength. 【課題】 金属粉末を圧縮し成形される圧粉部材と金属部材との接合強度を向上する焼結拡散接合部材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】 S102において、加圧成形部に充填された金属粉末を圧縮し圧粉部材を予備成形した後、S103において、予備成形された圧粉部材と金属部材とを摺動させる。このとき、圧粉部材と金属部材とが摺動する面では、金属部材の外壁に形成されている酸化膜や金属部材の外壁に付着している不純物が金属粉末によって除去されるとともに、金属粉末の表面形状が金属部材の外壁に転写される。S104において、圧粉部材をさらに加圧し圧粉部材と金属部材とを仮接合した後、S105において、仮接合された圧粉部材と金属部材とを焼結炉において焼結し、圧粉部材と金属部材とを焼結拡散接合する。これにより、圧粉部材と金属部材との接合面積を大きくし接合強度を向上することができる。【選択図】 図2
