Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure regulator capable of stably maintaining a downstream side at a constant pressure while suppressing influence of a flow rate variation.SOLUTION: A pressure regulator 10 can stably maintain a downstream side of the pressure regulator 10 at a constant pressure while suppressing influence of a flow rate variation, because static pressure applied from a downstream region 21 of a flow passage to a downstream side balance diaphragm 43 cancels static pressure applied from the downstream region 21 of the flow passage to a valve body 30. The pressure regulator 10 can also suppress influence of a pressure variation of an upstream region 20 of the flow passage, because static pressure applied from the upstream region 20 of the flow passage to an upstream side balance diaphragm 25 cancels at least a part of static pressure applied from the upstream region 20 of the flow passage to the valve body 30. 【課題】流量変化の影響を抑えて下流側を一定圧に安定して維持することが可能な圧力調整器を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の圧力調整器10では、下流側バランスダイヤフラム43が流路下流領域21から受ける静圧で弁体30が流路下流領域21から受ける静圧を相殺させるので、流量変化の影響を抑えて圧力調整器10の下流側を一定圧に安定して維持することが可能になる。また、上流側バランスダイヤフラム25が流路上流領域20から受ける静圧で弁体30が流路上流領域20から受ける静圧の少なくとも一部を相殺するので、流路上流領域20の圧力変化の影響も抑えることができる。【選択図】図1
