PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accessibility for a user by utilizing a portable terminal.SOLUTION: An information provision system 1 for an elevator 11 is equipped with a portable terminal 5 and an elevator system 6. The portable terminal 5 sends user information concerning users to the elevator system 6, and further, performs guidance application for providing guidance information concerning the elevator 11 to users.
