Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incineration plant which effectively utilizes potential heat of fume cleaning waste water of a smoke exhaust cleaning tower to recover energy as electric power.SOLUTION: An incineration plant includes: an incinerator 1; a heat exchanger; a dust collector 4; a smoke exhaust cleaning tower 5; and a waste heat power generation system 20 which supplies fume cleaning waste water discharged from the smoke exhaust cleaning tower 5 and conducts waste heat power generation. The incineration plant conducts heat exchange with an exhaust gas of the incinerator 1, thereby recovers potential heat of the exhaust gas with a heat transfer medium other than the exhaust gas of the incinerator 1, and supplies the recovered potential heat to a working fluid of the waste heat power generation system 20 through the heat tranafer medium to improve a power generation amount of the waste heat power generation system 20.
【課題】排煙洗浄塔の洗煙排水の保有熱を有効に利用し、電力としてエネルギーを回収することができる焼却プラントを提供する。【解決手段】焼却炉1と、熱交換器と、集塵装置4と、排煙洗浄塔5と、排煙洗浄塔5から排出される洗煙排水を供給して排熱発電を行う排熱発電システム20とを備えた焼却プラントである。焼却炉1の排ガスとの熱交換により排ガスの保有熱を焼却炉1の排ガス以外の伝熱媒体に回収し、回収された保有熱を伝熱媒体を介して排熱発電システム20の作動流体に供給することにより、排熱発電システム20の発電量を向上させた。【選択図】図1 |
