The valve body 21 is held at its one end between the valve seat 12 and the lid 29 and at the other end is formed with a recess 25 to form an opening or closing part 27 adjacent to the recess 25. Then, when a negative pressure is generated in the valve chamber, the opening or closing part 27 is opened to cause the surrounding air to be flowed in. 【課題】弁体の開弁動作を速やかにし、弁体の機能を良好に発揮することができる通気弁装置を提供する。【解決手段】通気弁本体11には、外部と連通する弁口20を有する漏斗状の弁座12が設けられている。通気弁本体11の下部には、排水管から分岐された通気管17に接続される連結筒部15が延出されている。前記弁座12上には合成ゴム製の弁体21が着座している。また、弁座上には弁室を形成する蓋体29が被嵌されている。前記弁体21は、一端部が弁座12と蓋体29との間に挟着されるとともに、他端部には切欠き部25を設けてその切欠き部25に臨む開閉部27が形成されている。そして、弁室内に負圧が生じたとき開閉部27が開口して外気を流入させるように構成されている。【選択図】図1
