PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam fire-extinguishing apparatus and foam fire-extinguishing system including a foam nozzle capable of efficiently feeding fire-extinguishing foam to a long member, as a fire-extinguishing object, extending in a substantially horizontal direction.SOLUTION: The fire-extinguishing apparatus includes a foam nozzle that is comparted into a hollow part, and discharge outlets for discharging an aqueous solution including fire-extinguishing foam, supplied in the hollow part, to the outside in a foam form. In a state where the foam nozzle is disposed upward in the vertical direction with respect to a long member extending in a substantially horizontal state, when viewing the foam nozzle from a vertically upper side, the discharge outlets are so comparted as to discharge the foam in a direction along the long member. 【課題】消火対象物としての、略水平方向に延在する長尺部材に対して、効率的に消火泡を供給可能なフォームノズルを備える泡消火設備及び泡消火システムを提供すること。【解決手段】中空部を区画すると共に、当該中空部に供給された泡消火剤を含む水溶液を外方に泡放出する放出口を区画するフォームノズルを備え、前記フォームノズルが略水平方向に延在する長尺部材に対して鉛直方向上方に配置された状態で、前記放出口は、前記フォームノズルを鉛直方向上方から見た場合に、前記長尺部材に沿う方向に泡放出するように区画されている。【選択図】図１
