【課題】アルミニウムめっき鋼板のホットスタンプで、アルミニウムめっきの金型への凝着が進行しやすい部位を予測可能な凝着部位の予測方法を提供する。【解決手段】加熱されたアルミニウムめっき鋼板を、金型を用いてプレス成形し、金型内で冷却して成形品に加工するホットスタンプに際し、鋼板のアルミニウムめっきが金型へ凝着する部位を予測する方法であって、当該予測方法は、熱解析と構造解析を連成させた解析により、ホットスタンプ時のプレス成形および冷却の過程における鋼板の温度分布、面圧分布および面内圧縮応力の分布を求める解析ステップS1と、面圧分布および面内圧縮応力の分布に基づき、面圧と面内圧縮応力との積の分布を演算する結果処理ステップS2と、面圧と面内圧縮応力との積の分布に基づき、ホットスタンプにおけるアルミニウムめっきの金型への凝着発生状態を判定する判定処理ステップS3とを含む。【選択図】図1 |
