INSULATING COMPOSITION FOR TOUCH PANEL, AND TOUCH PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulating composition and a solidified film thereof, excellent in transparency, light resistance, chemical resistance, and adhesiveness, being suitable as an insulating layer of a touch panel, and capable of image formation by photo-lithography.SOLUTION: An insulating composition for a touch panel contains a (A) copolymer having a recurring unit, being the copolymer comprising recurring units 20-90 mole% represented by a formula (1), recurring units 5-50 mole% having alicyclic structure, and recurring units 5-50 mole% deriving from a polymerizable unsaturated compound capable of co-polymerizable with them, with a number average molecular weight being 2000-20000, and acid number being 35-120 mgKOH/g, as well as (B) silane coupling agent containing amino group. A touch panel has a solidified film in which the insulating composition has been solidified. 【課題】タッチパネルの絶縁層として好適な、透明性、耐光性、耐薬品性及び密着性に優れ、フォトリソグラフィーによる画像形成が可能な絶縁性組成物及びその硬化膜を提供する。【解決手段】（Ａ）複数の繰返し単位を有する共重合体であって、一般式（１）で表される繰返し単位２０〜９０モル％、脂環構造を有する繰返し単位５〜５０モル％、及びこれらと共重合可能な重合性不飽和化合物に由来する繰返し単位５〜５０モル％で構成されると共に、数平均分子量が２千〜２万であり、尚且つ酸価が３５〜１２０ｍｇＫＯＨ／ｇである共重合体、及び（Ｂ）アミノ基を有するシランカップリング剤を含有することを特徴とするタッチパネル用絶縁性組成物であり、上記の絶縁性組成物を硬化させた硬化膜を有するタッチパネルである。【選択図】なし
