Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for screening skin aging inhibition material with a LncRNA as an index.SOLUTION: A screening method for skin aging inhibition material has a step to select a LncRNA that varies its expression level with aging, and a step to select a test substance for which an expression level of the LncRNA in a cell having the test substance added thereto has changed compared with an expression level of the LncRNA in a cell having no test substance added thereto. 【課題】ＬｎｃＲＮＡを指標とした、皮膚老化抑制素材をスクリーニングする新たな方法を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】加齢に伴い発現量が変動するＬｎｃＲＮＡを選定するステップ、及び被験物質を添加した細胞での前記ＬｎｃＲＮＡの発現量が、被験物質を添加しなかった細胞における前記ＬｎｃＲＮＡの発現量と比較して変化した被験物質を選択するステップ、を含む、皮膚老化抑制素材のスクリーニング方法により課題を解決する。【選択図】図３
