Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable keeping excellent an electrical connection state between a cathode and an anode even if gas is generated in a laminate cell and thereby enable a highly reliable X-ray analysis in the X-ray analysis targeted at the laminate cell.SOLUTION: A sample holder 21 for use in an in-situ X-ray analysis for obtaining analysis data by using a thin-plate laminate cell 10 in which a battery element having a cathode and an anode stacked across a separator as well as electrolyte is hermetically sealed by a laminate film as a sample and irradiating the laminate cell 10 with an X-ray, includes: a pair of support members 22 supporting the laminate cell 10 by holding the laminate cell 10 therebetween; and pressing means 24 pressing the paired support members 22 so as not to separate the paired support members 22. Each of the paired support members 22 includes a support surface 25 arranged opposed to an entire principal surface of the laminate cell 10; and a through-hole 26 serving as an X-ray transmission unit. 【課題】ラミネートセルを対象としたX線分析において、ラミネートセル内でガスが発生した場合でも正極と負極の電気的な接続状態を良好に保ち、これによって信頼性の高いX線分析を可能とする。【解決手段】セパレータを間に挟んで正極と負極を積層してなる電池要素を、電解液とともにラミネートフィルムにより密封した薄板状のラミネートセル10を試料とし、ラミネートセル10にX線を照射して分析データを得るin−situX線分析に用いられる試料ホルダー21であって、ラミネートセル10を両側から挟んで支持する一対の支持部材22と、一対の支持部材22が離間しないように一対の支持部材22を押さえる押さえ手段24とを備える。一対の支持部材22の各々は、ラミネートセル10の主面全体と対向するように配置される支持面25と、X線透過部となる貫通穴26とを有する。【選択図】図3
