BASE STATION DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING NOTIFICATION INFORMATION TRANSMISSION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a base station device in a mobile communication system to properly transmit emergency notification information even when there is conflict between the transmission of emergency notification information and update of normal notification information.SOLUTION: A base station device which transmits notification information to a user device, comprises: timing determination means which, on receiving an instruction to update notification information from the outside, determines update application timing on the basis of a transmission cycle of update notification information; and notification information update means which determines whether the update application timing is within a transmission period of emergency notification information that is instructed to be transmitted apart from the update instruction, and when the update application timing is not within the transmission period of emergency notification information, perform the update at the update application timing. 【課題】移動通信システムにおける基地局装置において、緊急報知情報の送信と通常報知情報の更新が競合する場合でも、適切に緊急報知情報を送信することを可能とする。【解決手段】ユーザ装置に報知情報を送信する基地局装置において、外部から報知情報の更新指示を受信した場合に、更新される報知情報の送信周期に基づいて更新反映タイミングを決定するタイミング決定手段と、前記更新反映タイミングが、前記更新指示とは別に送信を指示される緊急報知情報の送信期間内にあるか否かを判定し、当該緊急報知情報の送信期間内に無い場合に、前記更新反映タイミングに更新を行う報知情報更新手段とを備える。【選択図】図３
