Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protection structure of a grommet which enables a protector 15 to be installed on a covering position on the grommet by using a simple attachment structure without needing to provide attachment members, such as a stud bolt and a bracket, on a vehicle body panel.SOLUTION: A grommet 14 includes: a support member 16 which is attached to an opening 13 of a vehicle body panel 11 from the rear surface side of the vehicle body panel 11; a rubber body 17 which is supported by the support member 16 and holds an electric wire 12 being joined to an edge part of the opening 13. A protector 15 is supported by the support member 16 of the grommet 14 and covers the grommet 14 to protect the grommet 14. 【課題】車体パネル上にスタッドボルトやブラケット等の取付用部材を設ける必要がなく、簡単な取付構成によってプロテクタ１５をグロメット上の被覆位置に設置することができるグロメットの保護構造を提供する。【解決手段】グロメット１４には、車体パネル１１の開口１３に同パネル１１の裏面側から取り付けられる支持部材１６と、その支持部材１６に支持され、開口１３の縁部に接合された状態で電線１２を保持するゴム性の本体１７とを備える。グロメット１４の支持部材１６にプロテクタ１５を支持し、そのプロテクタ１５によりグロメット１４を覆って保護する。【選択図】図３
