Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide polyimide fine particles in which crystallinity and the orientation of crystals are controlled as well as form and grain sizes.SOLUTION: Provided is high crystalinity polyimide fine particles being high crystalinity planar crystals, produced by subjecting monomer salt crystals obtained by mixing an aqueous solution of aromatic tetracarboxylic acid and an aqueous solution of aromatic diamine or an aqueous solution to solid phase polymerization under ordinary pressure. Then, as the raw material for making the high crystalinity polyimide fine particles, pyromellitic acid and p-phenylenediamine are suitable. 【課題】 形態や粒子サイズはもちろん、結晶性および結晶の配向性の制御されたポリイミド微粒子を提供する。【解決手段】 芳香族テトラカルボン酸の水溶液と芳香族ジアミンの水溶液または水系の溶液を混合して得られるモノマー塩結晶を、常圧下、固相重合させることにより製造されるポリイミド粒子は、高い結晶性の板状結晶である高結晶性ポリイミド微粒子である。そして、高結晶性ポリイミド微粒子をする原料としては、ピロメリット酸およびp−フェニレンジアミンが好適である。【選択図】 図1
