Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle sliding door device capable of reducing vibrations and noises of the sliding door with a simple structure and to provide a vehicle including the on-vehicle sliding door device.SOLUTION: The on-vehicle sliding door device includes: a sliding door rail 5 which is formed along a movement direction; and a sliding door 3 which has an engagement part 3a engaging with the sliding door rail 5 and which is opened/closed by a movement of the engagement part 3a along the sliding door rail 5.
