Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light extraction member which includes a flattening layer exhibiting high durability in a manufacturing process and has high adhesion between a light diffusion layer and a barrier layer and excellent luminous efficiency, and to provide an organic electroluminescent device which includes the light extraction member and is excellent in terms of luminous efficiency.SOLUTION: The light extraction member includes a flexible substrate, the barrier layer, an easily adhesive layer, the light diffusion layer, and the flattening layer in this order. The easily adhesive layer has a pencil hardness of B or softer. The light diffusion layer contains a binder containing an organic resin, and light-diffusing particles. The flattening layer contains a binder containing an organic resin and has a pencil hardness of H or harder. 【課題】製造プロセスにおける平坦化層の耐久性が高く、光拡散層とバリア層との密着性が高く、かつ発光効率に優れる光取り出し部材を提供すること。また、上記光取り出し部材を有し、発光効率の観点で優れる有機電界発光装置を提供すること。【解決手段】フレキシブル基板、バリア層、易接着層、光拡散層、及び平坦化層をこの順に有する光取り出し部材であって、易接着層は鉛筆硬度がB以下であり、光拡散層は有機樹脂を含有するバインダーと光拡散粒子を含み、平坦化層は有機樹脂を含有するバインダーを含み、かつ鉛筆硬度がH以上である、光取り出し部材。【選択図】図1
