Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide amidite monomers for producing double-stranded RNA complexes having one or more hydroxymethyl substituted nucleomonomers in the passenger strand (or sense strand) of an RNA complex that may be useful for therapeutic applications, diagnostic applications or research applications; and methods of producing oligomers using the monomers.SOLUTION: For example, the amidite monomers are selected from the group consisting of monomers of the formulas in the figure, where R is an alkyl, cholesteryl derivative, fluorophore, polyamine, fatty acid, amino acid, saccharide or polypeptide, or the like. 【課題】治療用途、診断用途、または研究用途に有用であり得るＲＮＡ複合体のパッセンジャー鎖（またはセンス鎖）において、１個以上のヒドロキシメチル置換ヌクレオモノマーを有する２本鎖ＲＮＡ複合体を製造するためのアミダイトモノマー、および該モノマーを使用したオリゴマーの製造方法の提供。【解決手段】例えば、下式のモノマー群から選択されるアミダイドモノマー。【選択図】なし
